There's no account to delete

Natkhat doesn't have accounts, logins, or passwords on either platform. There's no profile on our servers tied to a login to find or delete.

Your keepsakes and profile: already fully in your control

Everything specific to you and your baby — photos, cutouts, chosen themes, and the name/gender/date of birth you entered — lives only on your own device. It's never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the Android app, or clearing your browser's site data for the web app, permanently deletes all of it immediately. There's nothing further to request from us, because we never had it.

The website's optional contact form

If you filled in the optional name/phone/baby age/city form after creating a photo on natkhat.app, that's the one piece of information Natkhat holds on its own servers rather than only on your device. It is never collected in the Android app.

Write to hello@natkhat.app with the name or phone number you submitted, and we'll delete it. We'll confirm once it's done, typically within a few days.

Analytics and advertising data

The Android app sends usage analytics (which screens and themes you use, whether photo processing succeeded) and advertising-measurement events to Google Analytics for Firebase and the Meta (Facebook) SDK, tied to your device's resettable advertising ID — never to your name or any personal identifier. See "Analytics and how we measure our ads" in our Privacy Policy for the full detail of what is and isn't included.

To stop this going forward, reset or opt out of your advertising ID in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads — new events stop being linkable to your device from that point on.

To have the data already collected under your device's advertising ID deleted, write to us (below) with the advertising ID or approximate date/device, and we'll request its deletion from Firebase and Meta on your behalf.

Request deletion

Write to us at hello@natkhat.app and tell us what you'd like deleted. Since we hold no account or contact record tied to you, the most useful thing you can include is your device's advertising ID (or roughly when/what device you used the app on) so we can locate the right analytics data to remove.

We'll confirm once it's done, typically within a few days.
