Acceptance of terms
By using Natkhat (the web app at natkhat.app or the Android app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Natkhat does
Natkhat lets you turn a photo of your baby into a styled keepsake image using a library of themes, using on-device photo processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Natkhat is free to use.
Your content
You keep all rights to your baby's photos and the keepsakes you create from them. We never receive a copy of your photos, so we have no rights to them and no way to use them ourselves. You're responsible for only uploading photos you have the right to use, and for making sure the person in the photo (or their guardian) has consented to it being edited this way.
Themes and artwork
The theme backgrounds, stickers, and other artwork in the app are our content (or licensed to us) and are provided for you to create personal keepsakes with. Please don't extract, redistribute, or resell the theme artwork on its own.
Price
Natkhat is currently free to use, with no in-app purchases and no subscription. If we add a paid feature in future, the price and what it covers will be shown in the app before you're asked to pay, and these terms will be updated to describe it.
Acceptable use
Please use Natkhat only to create keepsakes of babies you have a right to photograph and edit — your own child, or with the clear consent of the child's parent or guardian. Don't use the app to process photos of other people without consent, or for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
Natkhat is provided "as is". We work hard to make photo processing reliable, but on-device machine learning can occasionally reject a photo or produce an imperfect result — we don't guarantee the app will work perfectly on every photo or every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Natkhat and its creators aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
Changes to these terms
These terms were last updated on 10 August 2026. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
